Stay safe! MikeWayne.co.uk driving school will teach you how to drive safely and stay safe for the rest of your driving career. During that process you will reach the stage where you will be competent enough to pass your driving test.

If you have no driving experience, you will be taken through all the necessary stages from learning about the controls of the car right through to dealing with busy roads and dual carriageways , and how to anticipate the actions of other road users in order to stay safe.

For those who have had driving lessons, an assessment will be made as to which areas need working on, and at what point within the driving tuition syllabus we need to get you started from.

Theory Lessons

As well as practical lessons, you will have the opportunity to learn how to pass the theory test which is a requirement before passing the practical test.

Theory lessons can be given at no extra charge by various means depending on your preference. Either mock tests can be set for you each lesson to be completed at home or CDs/DVDs can be supplied for you to use on your own computer ……… the choice is yours.

Driving License

The learner must hold a current, valid provisional driving licence which must be produced on or in advance of their first lesson.

Eyesight

The learner must also check that they can read a number plate at a distance of 20.5 metres (67 feet ) with glasses or contact lenses if normally worn.
